Vidya Malvade is the new face of world gym

“Chak De India” has not only put Indian hockey on a higher platform but also shown the mettle of 11 youthful girls and their fitness which gets them their dream cup.
Following this, actress Vidya Malvade, one of those 11 girls, has been chosen to be the face of World Gym. Now World Gym is a world class gymnasium which has its head office in California. There, the face of World gym is none other than Hollywood superstar, Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Vidya is surely very excited about being the chosen one and feels that fitness should be the way of life for every individual.
“It is extremely important to have a balanced diet which includes green veggies and fruits. Exercising is also the best way to keep fit”, said the vibrant Vidya while endorsing the gym. She herself is a fitness freak and loves dancing to de stress herself.
